Tru Colore – Shades of the Past Decorate Today’s Table
That 50’s look – sleek shapes, aluminum, dramatic color – makes its way to tabletops in
the new Tru Colore dinnerware, bakeware and accessory collection from The Cellar.
Sold Open Stock and in four-piece dinnerware sets, Tru Colore is available in striking solid
cobalt, red, green and yellow ceramics with accessory and glass barware pieces in stripes
of these same vibrant hues. Designed with clean lines and a modern feel, this collection
recreates that cozy 50’s kitchen ambience. From its striped pitchers and juice sets to
microwave safe dinner plates, Tru Colore is retro modern design with a price that is
reminiscent of decades past.
Most every Tru Colore item is available in all four shades so consumers can mix and
match one, two, or all four in an eclectic presentation. The backbone of the collection is a
four-piece place setting consisting of an 11 inches dinner plate, salad plate, cereal bowl and
mug – at a price of just $28. Completer and accessory items include a three-piece
canister set, oval platter, covered vegetable bowl, rectangular baker, nesting mixing
bowls, barware, as well as ceramic, glass and aluminum accessories.
All ceramic pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. Hand washing is recommended
for glass and aluminum items. Bakeware is oven safe to 400 degrees.
Where will you find this colorful blast from the past? Tru Colore is now at home
exclusively at Macy’s, Bon-Macy’s, Burdines, Goldsmith’s-Macy’s, Lazarus-Macy’s and
Rich’s-Macy’s.
