The “Plus” means plus a 35 to 40 percent price reduction. The line was unveiled at the recent North American Food Equipment Manufacturers show in Dallas.

The new Brigade Complet Plus line offers the following:

The Brigade Complet Plus line of cookware offers a breakthrough in lower-priced, Spring quality cookware with a comprehensive range of sizes – more than twice as many items than in the past! Sizes range from 1-5/8 qt to 16 qt saucepans, 3-1/8 qt to 52-2/3 qt stock pots, and 1-5/8 qt to 21-3/8 qt stew pans. The Brigade Complet Plus line of cookware is constructed with an 18/10 stainless steel body combined with a heat distributing aluminum bottom. The 4 mm stainless base provides optimum induction capabilities and long service life.
